The Mini Carolina’s Conference, or MC^2, is Charlotte Engineering’s take on the Carolinas Conference (college level engineering competition). On November 17, 2023 our College of Engineering faculty, staff, and students are opening their doors to high school students and their teachers or administrators for a day full of hands-on engineering competitions. We are very excited to be hosting you for not only exciting competitions but also experience the extensive engineering facilities offered and collaborate with undergraduate engineering students.

The competition typically runs from about 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and consists of 4-5 events and a lunch/awards period. Specifics on lunch will follow.

To prepare, in groups of 4-6, students should create their Popsicle Stick Bridge using the following guidelines: https://engr.charlotte.edu/sites/engr.charlotte.edu/files/media/Popsicle%20Stick%20Bridge.docx%20%281%29.pdf

This event is fully booked.
